We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's everything you need to know about our returns and refunds policy.

Returns Policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Final sale items and perishables are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Go to My Orders in your account dashboard.
  2. Select the item you want to return and click Request Return.
  3. Choose your reason for returning and your preferred refund method.
  4. We'll email you a prepaid return label — print it and attach it to your parcel.
  5. Drop off the parcel at any authorised courier point.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund is credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit in your account.
