You can track your order by going to 'My Orders' in your account dashboard. Click on the specific order to see real-time tracking information. You'll also receive email updates with tracking links when your order ships.

Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery takes 1-2 business days. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team with your order number.

First, check your tracking information to see the current status. If the delivery date has passed, contact our customer service team with your order number. We'll investigate with the shipping carrier and provide a solution, which may include a refund or replacement.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by going to 'My Orders' and clicking the 'Cancel Order' button. After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return once you receive the item.

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, Express shipping takes 1-2 business days, and Same-day delivery is available in select cities. Delivery times are calculated from the shipping date, not the order date. You'll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Go to 'My Orders', select the item you want to return, and click 'Request Return'. Choose your reason and preferred refund method. We'll send you a prepaid return label via email. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add an additional 3-5 business days before you see the credit in your account.
